As registered tax practitioners, we’re required to keep our current and prospective clients informed about a few important matters. We’re happy to, because we believe you should always know your rights and feel confident in who you’re working with.

Check our registration

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) keeps a public register of all registered tax agents and BAS agents. You can use it to confirm a practitioner is registered and see any conditions or sanctions. Search for us on the TPB Register at www.tpb.gov.au/public-register using our name or registration number 26113416.

Making a complaint

If you’re ever unhappy with our service, please talk to us first. We genuinely want to hear from you and will do our best to put things right.

If your concern is about a tax agent service and we haven’t been able to resolve it, you can also make a complaint in writing to the Tax Practitioners Board using the TPB complaints form at www.tpb.gov.au/complaints, where you’ll also find more about its complaints process.

Our obligations to you

As registered tax practitioners, we must comply with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including its Code of Professional Conduct. This includes acting honestly and with integrity, acting lawfully in your best interests, keeping your information confidential, and providing our services competently.

Your obligations

You also have obligations under the tax laws. These include giving us complete and accurate information, keeping the records the law requires, and meeting your tax and superannuation obligations on time. Tax shortfalls can attract penalties and interest, so the more open you are with us, the better we can protect you.

Matters we must disclose

There are no events or conditions affecting our registration that we are required to disclose under section 45 of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024.
